Through experience we have come to understand that, for patients with serious injury and illness, the resources typically available at a family doctors office are limited.
The benefit of Pacific Coast Recovery Care is that we are a team of health care professionals including physician, counsellor, rehabilitation coordinator and a case manager. A serious injury can mean the loss of income and future security, launching a downward spiral of emotional, relationship, social and financial difficulties. Our goal is not only to improve the patient's economic and functional independence, but also to help maintain self-esteem, and assist the patient to return to full participation in the community throughout recovery.
Pacific Coast Recovery Care has the specialized skills and expertise to work with patients to assess, design and implement effective medical care strategies. The Pacific Coast Recovery Care team accomplishes this by arranging a combination of resources such as counsellor, kinesiologist, massage therapist, physiotherapist, or other specialists that together evaluate and coordinate treatment from the onset of injury or sickness to full recovery.

Our office at 7885 6th Street (at 10th Avenue) in Burnaby is conveniently located for easy access from Highway 1 and other major arterial roads from Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey and Delta.
The other advantage of our location is that Burnaby Square is a true professional medical building with many health providers working in close association, including two medical internists and a sleep medicine specialist.
